Job Overview
Centennial Coal is recruiting for a Mine Geologist at our Springvale Colliery near Lithgow, NSW.
Working closely with the Technical Services and Production teams you will help to manage the geological, geotechnical, and coal quality environment through monitoring, auditing, and sampling of underground roadways, interpretation of geological structures and interpretation of drilling results.
Experience in underground geotechnical and geological mapping, along with coal quality investigation and interpretation is key to these roles. Working as an effective part of the Technical Services team, you’ll have the ability to communicate with all levels of the workforce and assist Springvale to improve its underground work environment.
