Job Overview

About the Role

Borehole Wireline are seeking Geophysical Wireline Loggers to join its team.

•

Work is on client mining and exploration sites based on a standard roster (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off), however, this may vary subject to business

•

No previous experience as a wireline geophysical logger is required, although previous exposure to mechanical, electrical trades or mining-related backgrounds would be advantageous

•

Comprehensive training will be provided for successful applicants, initially at our Black Forest headquarters (Adelaide, SA) with further on the job training provided in the field.

Requirements

Successful applicants will:

•

Demonstrate a strong commitment towards health and safety, plus have the ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team

•

In addition to your proficiency with problem solving, your finely tuned communication skills, high attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude will contribute towards your success as a geophysical wireline logger

•

You will need to be able to pass the radiation user licence to use our sealed radioactive sources (about year 11 maths standard)

•

Have a full, clean drivers licence with the ability to drive manuals (truck licences are looked upon favourably, but are not essential)

•

Pass a medical assessment, a police clearance check, and require regular and ongoing alcohol and drug testing
